ARCE is the outsourcing contact center. Our history began in 2007 with the opening of a contact center in Lviv and receiving the first call on January 4. Today we are an international company that provides high-tech services. We specialize in creating leading standards for remote customer service. Our team consists of professionals who serve the leading companies of Ukraine and the world at a high level. The company’s offices are represented in four Ukrainian cities: Kyiv, Lviv, Khmelnytsky and Rivne, there are also two offices abroad.
